6. Donations
- 1 The following terms and conditions apply to all donations made on the Friends of Charity International website.
- Once a donation is made online, Friends of Charity International will send you an email confirmation of the payment made.
- We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of donation items appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Donation prices listed on the website may include costs of packaging, distribution and other associated costs with the projects being donated to, and may from time to time include some small running costs of the Charity.
- Friends of Charity International may from time-to-time work with Partners/Other Organisations and enter into a Memorandum of understanding/Agreement for them to implement certain projects on behalf of Friends of Charity International with donations received. Organisations which are based overseas which can assist Friends of Charity International in distributing aid /provide help to those in disadvantaged or socially deprived areas/undertake projects on their behalf, will from time to time be selected based on their local set up/knowledge and experience of working in that particular locality.
- We reserve the right to refuse donations where item information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions and or to change the information.
- Under Charity Commission Rules Friends of Charity International is not able to refund donations unless the donation has been made in error or an administration error has occurred during processing.
